The pandemic to some extent initially really took a toll on me... So I thought of utilising this time for me, my health. And at the same time a message came from my dear friend Yogini .. Parivartanam ... I immediately called her and we had a brief call followed by a indepth one to one session where she spoke about changing the thought process to follow a better healthy life in the long run. I was very sceptical before meeting her as I never followed any schedule as such or followed but for a very short span. I really wanted to make some positive changes in my routine and Yogini's PARIVARTANAM was the best choice for that. It was all about fitness, diet, dressing and grooming all in one. Yogini explained all these pillars of PARIVARTANAM with PPT and also answered my queries.

आपले अनेक मित्र मैत्रिणी असतात , शाळेतले,कॉलेज मधले, सोसायटी ,ऑफिस इ अनेक ठिकाणी। त्यातल्या काही मैत्रणींशी आपली नाळ जुळते ,आपल्या सगळ्या प्रवासात ते सुख दुःखात ते आपल्या बरोबर असतात। अशीच माझी मैत्री झाली योगिनी शी ,माझ्या मित्राची मैत्रीण ही खरी ओळख,पण हळूहळू आमची wave length जुळली । ती सगळ्यातच हुशार ,dietition ,फिटनेस ट्रेनर अशी ही योगिनी ची कपडे दागिने या बाबतीत अगदी चोखंदळ, कधी ,कुठे के कपडे घालायचे, कुठला रंग ,फॅशन सगळंच हिला माहिती। आणि ती त्याबद्दल आम्हाला टिप्स देणं, कधी कधी कपडे select करणं ह्यात तिचा पुढाकार असतो, आणि तिचा चॉईस सल्ले इतका उत्तम असतं की तुम्हाला ते शोभून दिसतं त्यावर काय jewelary घालावी ह्याच्या टिप्सही आम्ही घेतोच, कधी कुठे कसं present व्हावं हे तिला उत्तम कळतं। ह्यात लास्ट ला तू ऍड कर ,की she has started her own venture in collaboration with femina called parivartanam ,so pls visit and take guidance from her

#LatePos #PersonalTime #MImportant What is this life so full of care... We have time to stand and stare... I am not so active as the rest of the group, but when I spoke to Yogini, She told me that should share this experience of myself with you all and this could be an Inspiration for everyone. When Yogini told us to make a list of things that we would do that would make us happy, I actually sat down with a pen and paper to list the things, I realized That all the things I Wrote was actually for another. There was nothing that i was doing for myself. That's when I realize, how we women have lost our identity while trying to keep our family/Work on TOP priority. Whether working women or Homemaker, we have always listed our work or family first. So I decided to bring in small change which was very simple. Just got a slight revamping of Self and pampered myself with some personal care at the parlor... those 3 hours spent was a worth, As it not only gave me a new look, but also made me realized that small things that can be on priority list can make a big difference in our life... I have decided to not limit this task for just a one time, or one week and and i am going to bring back those small things that identified "ME" as an individual above all things.
